I have some news I'm still smiling about.

I've been awarded Best Hypnotherapist 2026 in the Sutherland Shire, and what makes it even more special is that I didn't apply.
This recognition happened completely in the background, and when I found out, it genuinely moved me.

Six years ago I made a decision to build something meaningful. To create a practice where people could come and feel truly seen, not just managed or given a worksheet, but actually understood and supported through real, lasting change.

The people I work with are incredible. High-functioning, intelligent, often high-achieving, and carrying so much beneath the surface. Anxiety, trauma, old beliefs that have been running the show for decades. They come in having already tried a lot of things. And then something different happens here.

That is what drives me every single day.
This award belongs to every single client who trusted me enough to go there. You know who you are.

This one came out of nowhere and completely stopped me in my tracks.

Anger doesn’t come out of nowhere.

It builds when your boundaries are overlooked or silenced, until it has no choice but to burst.

To shift out of that cycle, start here:

Step 1: Notice tension before it peaks
What happens in your body when you hold it in?
Tight jaw? Breath stuck? Heat rising in your chest?
Those aren’t just symptoms. They’re signals, catch them before they take over.

Step 2: Practise with the small stuff
Ask for the seat you want. Say what you really mean when ordering food.
Not to be difficult, but to rebuild safety around using your voice.

Step 3: Set the boundary with regulation
Feel your feet. Exhale. Loosen your grip.
Then speak, steady, not sharp.
You’re showing your nervous system: “I can be honest and safe.”

This isn’t about avoiding anger.

It’s about learning to speak without the scream.

That’s how self-trust gets built..
