Roll & Release is back with our fabulous instructor
This slow flow and self massage class is designed with hydration and glide in mind for your myofascia.
Special emphasis in this session is around the pelvis.
By improving hydration and glide of the muscles and fascia it can assist in creating more ease of movement and balance in the pelvis. This then has a positive domino affect up and down our body. This is achieved with a combination of massage (using small props) and movement sequences.
This class has another very important affect - calming down your nervous system. In our go go go society, we don't have ample opportunity to rest and restore. With only 2 hours of your time, swing the pendulum back to a sense of inner calmness. Allow yourself the time to restore your inner sense of positive equilibrium so that the pendulum that constantly swings up into the flight or fight response can ease its way back to feeling grounded and centred.
