“The chart is an energetic map.” 🌙

For El, that map isn’t just about planets and placements, it’s about you. Where your soul has been, what you’re clinging onto, and where you’re aching to go.

El is an evolutionary astrologer and intuitive who has spent decades on her own healing journey. That lived experience shapes the way she works. Her sessions aren’t readings in the traditional sense, they’re deep dives into your natal chart, your karmic patterns, your north node, your next chapter.

If you’ve never heard of evolutionary astrology, here’s the simplest way to put it: it’s astrology that moves forward. It’s not here to box you in, it’s here to show you what you’re working through and where you’re meant to grow.

If you’ve been curious about astrology but never quite known where to start, or if you’ve done readings before and wanted to go deeper. El might be your person.

She’s available via Bodhi Holistic Hub (search for Astrology). Link in bio if you feel called. ✨

Often offered in a group setting, Kundalini Activation sessions can look a bit intimidating. However, when held by an experienced practitioner, they can be deeply healing.

If you’re curious to try, I’d recommend starting in a more intimate environment: one-on-one with a practitioner. As a newbie, it’s easy to get distracted or affected by other participants. To fully experience a Kundalini activation, you need to feel safe and comfortable enough to let go of control, surrender, and take the position of the observer: witnessing your own body, emotions, and thoughts as the energy moves through you.

It’s also key to practice with someone trauma-aware, who is able to safely hold space. 💛 Check our vetted Kundalini activation practitioners on our platform, 🔗 in bio

Yoga isn’t just about holding poses, it’s about creating space inside you when the world feels too heavy.

Here’s why:
When you’re stuck in cycles of anxiety and overwhelm, your body holds that tension. Yoga offers a safe and gentle way to slow down, breathe, and release what your mind and heart have been carrying.

The research:
Research highlights that practicing yoga can lower cortisol levels (your stress hormone), improve heart rate variability (a marker of resilience), and increase GABA levels: a neurotransmitter that calms the nervous system and reduces anxiety.

What women/people are sharing:
People are sharing that yoga became their sanctuary, a place where they could finally breathe deeper, feel lighter, and rebuild a sense of safety inside themselves.

In old Scandinavian tradition, healing wasn’t just science. It was craft. Intuition. Wisdom held in skilled hands. The healer was both scientist and artist, never one without the other.
And somewhere along the way we started calling it medicine instead of art.
We made it clinical. Sterile. Separate from the body, from presence, from the messy humanness of actually being with someone in their pain.
But the truth is: healing still requires both.
Precision and presence. Heart and hand. Logic and intuition.
The practitioners we work with know this. They hold it. They don’t just treat symptom, they see the whole person. They listen with more than their ears. They trust the body’s intelligence. They practice their craft with reverence.
And honestly, I think that’s what we’re all craving right now.
Not someone who has all the answers. But someone who knows healing is an art form. Who treats it as such.
Läkekonst reminds us of that.
That healing, at its core, has always been both science and soul.
And maybe we need to stop forgetting that 🫶

International Women’s Day reminder:
The goal isn’t to stay young.
The goal is to become this woman. 💁🏼‍♀️

When you’ve done the inner work and reached the “I don’t care anymore” stage of enlightenment.

Happy ❣️

How I Healed: Meet Gabby

Gabby opens up about her mental health journey and how discovering naturopathy and Emotion Release Therapy (ERT) helped her find balance again.

Through these holistic approaches, she reconnected with her body, released emotions she’d carried for years, and finally felt a sense of calm from within.
Today, Gabby supports others through the same tools that transformed her life.

And if you’re curious to learn more about ERT, naturopathy, or other holistic modalities, visit our Learning Hub where you’ll find plenty of resources and a growing community of practitioners ready to support you.
