We’re looking for the right person to join our Jamieson Street home in Emu Plains

Jamieson Street is a spacious, quiet and settled home in Emu Plains, currently home to two gentlemen who have created a really positive household together.

We’re looking for a new housemate who would be a good fit for the existing household. Someone who values a peaceful home environment, while still enjoying opportunities to get out into the community and connect with others.

The home offers:

* A private master bedroom with ensuite currently available
* A separate granny flat available, offering additional flexibility around support and living arrangements
* A quiet, flat neighbourhood with local amenities and opportunities for walks and community access
* A consistent Allara support team onsite, with the capacity to provide more hands-on support as individual needs change

We take housemate compatibility seriously. Before making any decisions, potential participants have the opportunity to meet the current residents, spend time in the home and decide whether it feels like the right fit for them too.

The day started with a relaxing walk along the esplanade, taking in the sunshine and ocean views before stopping at a local café for lunch.

After lunch, a scenic drive through to Nielsen Park in Vaucluse made the most of the beautiful surroundings and time out in the community.

Our Onsite Shared Support (OSS) model gives participants the confidence to live life their way, knowing a familiar team is always close by. Whether it's a little extra help with daily routines, support during unexpected moments, or simply the reassurance that someone is there if needed, OSS provides the right support at the right time.
