What a fantastic morning of connection, community, and giving back!

Together with our community partners, Allara Support Services co-hosted the NDIS Providers Biggest Morning Tea at The Waterfront, Gosford, raising an incredible $1,369.60 for Cancer Council Australia.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended, donated, contributed raffle prizes, and shared meaningful conversations throughout the morning. Together, we raised funds and awareness for a cause that impacts so many individuals, families, and communities.

A special thank you to our incredible co-hosts — MyLife Housing, APM Australia, Enrich Abilities, My Recovery 101, and NDSP Plan Managers — for helping bring this event to life. Your support, generosity, and commitment to the community made the morning such a success.

This month, we’re celebrating Georgia as our Most Outstanding Support Worker for April 2026!

Since stepping into her Team Leader role, Georgia has really lifted the standard across her team. She leads with calm confidence, a strong values-first approach, and a genuine focus on doing what’s best for the people we support.

Her proactive way of working, jumping in to coach and guide staff in the moment, has helped strengthen practice on site and create a more connected and supportive environment for everyone.

Support workers like Georgia play such an important role in our participants’ lives. Through her leadership and support, she helps create consistency, confidence, and better everyday outcomes for the people we support.
