Great support is about having the right people around you ❤️

For Jacob, Tom is one of the support workers who has become an important part of his team. Their connection has grown through trust, consistency and plenty of shared experiences.

At What Ability, we’re focused on building a team of support workers around each participant, with the right people to support their goals, confidence and independence.

Movement should be for everyone ❤️

What Ability and MiniFit are proud to bring a FREE Inclusive Fitness Clinic on Monday 28 September to people living with disability.

The clinic will support physical, sensory and cognitive development, helping people develop balance, coordination, motor planning, body awareness, physical confidence, focus and more.

There’s something pretty special about choosing a gift for someone you love 🎁❤️

For Noah, finding the perfect Father’s Day gift meant more than picking out a frame and printing some photos. He got to choose his favourite memories, make decisions about how he wanted to present them and create something that was truly his own.

With Lachie there to support him, Noah took the lead from start to finish, turning a trip to Harvey Norman into a chance to make choices and develop skills, all while doing something that matters to him.

A big thank you to Harvey Norman Australia for helping Noah create something special for Father’s Day!

We think Dad is going to love this one 🖼️📸

For Jacob, the right support means more than having someone by his side ❤️🧡💛💚💙

Having consistent support helps him stay regulated, build confidence and get out into the community doing the things he loves.

During the holidays, that support becomes even more important. With no extended family nearby, without his support team much of that care falls back on Mum.

The right support gives Jacob more opportunities to participate, build relationships and keep working towards his goals, with a team of people around him who understand what he needs to thrive.

For Taleyah, knowing Jamal is safe, supported and happy in his own home has brought a sense of reassurance that’s hard to put into words.

Sometimes, the biggest sign that you've made the right decision is simply knowing the person you love is happy and safe.

One "Yes" can lead to something unforgettable 💛🏎️

Today, that "Yes" meant a first-ever hot lap with Chaz Mostert and the Walkinshaw TWG Racing team!

“From the moment he jumped into the passenger seat to hitting top speed around the track, it was smiles all day. Meeting Chaz made it a day Matthew will never forget.” - Joel, Matthew’s Support Worker.

A huge thank you to Optus for bringing fans closer to the things they love, creating unforgettable memories and moments that matter ✨
