In life, we are going to experience many First time

𝑭𝙞𝒓𝙨𝒕 𝒕𝙞𝒎𝙚:

🥳 going on a sole trip overseas
😍 madly in love and so happy
🥺 going to a social event where you know nobody
🥰 meeting your newborn
😏 taking selfies, alone
😱 cold feet and sweaty palms delivering your first presentation

There are many first times we got to get through before we could get comfortable with such an experience

Could you recall those awkward moments in your life?

Did you 𝙚𝒗𝙚𝒓 𝒓𝙚𝒈𝙧𝒆𝙩 such occurrences?

𝑰 𝒃𝙚𝒕 𝒚𝙤𝒖 𝒂𝙧𝒆 𝒑𝙧𝒐𝙪𝒅 that you now have many stories to tell 🫶🏻

As an entrepreneur running a coaching business

There were many 𝒏𝙤𝒏-𝒏𝙚𝒈𝙤𝒕𝙞𝒂𝙗𝒍𝙚 𝙖𝒏𝙙 𝙪𝒏𝙘𝒐𝙢𝒇𝙤𝒓𝙩𝒂𝙗𝒍𝙚 𝙛𝒊𝙧𝒔𝙩 𝙩𝒊𝙢𝒆𝙨 that I had to get over with

To be honest, we are going to feel uncomfortable and fearful as we step out of our comfort zone just like when we went out on the first date

"𝙒𝒉𝙖𝒕 𝒚𝙤𝒖 𝒘𝙖𝒏𝙩, 𝒘𝙖𝒏𝙩 𝙮𝒐𝙪 𝙩𝒐𝙤."

My coach reminded me often when I was uncertain whether the work I was doing was really enough to get me where I want to be

I knew I desire peace, joy, and happiness

That had always been what I desperately wanted

I am grateful that I was given an opportunity to 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙩𝙘𝙝 𝙢𝙮 𝙞𝙢𝙖𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙥𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧, 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙚 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙮 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙢𝙮 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙤𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙙

It is now my 𝙣𝒆𝙬 𝙘𝒐𝙣𝒅𝙞𝒕𝙞𝒐𝙣𝒊𝙣𝒈 𝒕𝙤 𝙨𝒆𝙚 𝙗𝒆𝙮𝒐𝙣𝒅 𝒎𝙮 𝙨𝒊𝙜𝒉𝙩 and not entertain the past and the fear factors in my environment

Of course, I am human

There would be moments when I fall into my old thinking habit and get distracted from feeling good

However, I am aware of it quickly enough to be back on track again

That is 𝒏𝙤𝒕 𝒎𝙚 𝙗𝒆𝙞𝒏𝙜 𝙡𝒖𝙘𝒌𝙮

𝑰𝙩 𝙞𝒔 𝒃𝙚𝒄𝙖𝒖𝙨𝒆 I am committed to creating a life that I want to live

It is 𝙣𝒐𝙣-𝙣𝒆𝙜𝒐𝙩𝒊𝙖𝒃𝙡𝒆

What we want, wants us in return and I am 100% congruent with the necessary work to get there

𝙎𝒐𝙢𝒆 𝒆𝙭𝒂𝙢𝒑𝙡𝒆𝙨:

I know 𝙛𝒆𝙚𝒍 𝒏𝙤𝒕 𝒆𝙣𝒐𝙪𝒈𝙝 is not my jam and I 𝒑𝙡𝒂𝙮 𝙩𝒉𝙚 𝙞𝒎𝙖𝒈𝙚𝒔 𝒐𝙛 𝙢𝒆 𝒃𝙚𝒊𝙣𝒈 𝒆𝙣𝒐𝙪𝒈𝙝 and being appreciated. High five and happy day! 💃

I know I am 𝙣𝒐𝙩 𝙩𝒐𝙡𝒆𝙧𝒂𝙩𝒊𝙣𝒈 𝒔𝙤𝒎𝙚𝒐𝙣𝒆 𝒆𝙡𝒔𝙚 𝙞𝒏𝙨𝒆𝙘𝒖𝙧𝒊𝙩𝒚 𝒊𝙢𝒑𝙤𝒔𝙚 𝙤𝒏 𝒎𝙚 and I 𝙧𝒆𝙖𝒔𝙤𝒏 𝒘𝙞𝒕𝙝 𝙢𝒚 𝒎𝙞𝒏𝙙 why I do not need such people and BS in my life. Boom! 𝑻𝙝𝒆𝙮 𝙙𝒊𝙨𝒂𝙥𝒑𝙚𝒂𝙧𝒆𝙙 without any effort from me 🙌

If I repeat to myself 𝙢𝒚 𝒍𝙞𝒇𝙚 𝙞𝒔 𝒔𝙪𝒄𝙠, I 𝙩𝒂𝙠𝒆 𝒇𝙪𝒍𝙡 𝙧𝒆𝙨𝒑𝙤𝒏𝙨𝒊𝙗𝒊𝙡𝒊𝙩𝒚 𝒇𝙤𝒓 𝒎𝙖𝒌𝙞𝒏𝙜 𝙞𝒕 𝒓𝙞𝒈𝙝𝒕. Not more unhelpful stories of self-pity and playing the victim's game. Ya! I am getting better at that every day and I 𝙖𝒍𝙬𝒂𝙮𝒔 𝒓𝙚𝒂𝙙 𝙨𝒐𝙢𝒆𝙩𝒉𝙞𝒏𝙜 𝙩𝒉𝙖𝒕 𝒔𝙪𝒑𝙥𝒐𝙧𝒕𝙨 𝙢𝒚 𝒊𝙣𝒕𝙚𝒏𝙩𝒊𝙤𝒏. Rock and rock! 😍

Being bombarded with 𝒅𝙚𝒎𝙖𝒏𝙙𝒊𝙣𝒈 𝒘𝙤𝒓𝙠 𝙚𝒙𝙥𝒆𝙘𝒕𝙖𝒕𝙞𝒐𝙣𝒔, 𝙝𝒆𝙖𝒗𝙮 𝙧𝒆𝙨𝒑𝙤𝒏𝙨𝒊𝙗𝒊𝙡𝒊𝙩𝒊𝙚𝒔 𝒂𝙣𝒅 𝒅𝙪𝒕𝙞𝒆𝙨, 𝒍𝙤𝒏𝙜 𝙬𝒐𝙧𝒌𝙞𝒏𝙜 𝙝𝒐𝙪𝒓𝙨 𝙖𝒏𝙙 𝙥𝒐𝙩𝒆𝙣𝒕𝙞𝒂𝙡𝒍𝙮 𝙝𝒂𝙣𝒅𝙡𝒊𝙣𝒈 𝒘𝙤𝒓𝙠 𝙘𝒐𝙣𝒇𝙡𝒊𝙘𝒕𝙨 as well

No wonder many corporate professionals are 𝙤𝒗𝙚𝒓𝙬𝒉𝙚𝒍𝙢𝒆𝙙, 𝒔𝙩𝒓𝙚𝒔𝙨𝒆𝙙 𝙖𝒏𝙙 𝙪𝒏𝙢𝒐𝙩𝒊𝙫𝒂𝙩𝒆𝙙, 𝒕𝙞𝒓𝙚𝒅 𝒂𝙣𝒅 𝒆𝙭𝒉𝙖𝒖𝙨𝒕𝙚𝒅, 𝙛𝒆𝙚𝒍𝙞𝒏𝙜 𝙪𝒏𝙨𝒖𝙥𝒑𝙤𝒓𝙩𝒆𝙙 𝙖𝒏𝙙 𝙖𝒍𝙤𝒏𝙚

Assume that you raised the work concerns to your employer and not much could be done

These are a few suggestions 🐝you could consider trying

🐝 𝙒𝒉𝙖𝒕 𝒚𝙤𝒖 𝒓𝙚𝒔𝙞𝒔𝙩 𝙥𝒆𝙧𝒔𝙞𝒔𝙩𝒔. Instead of resisting the issue, could you 𝒄𝙝𝒂𝙣𝒈𝙚 your 𝒑𝙚𝒓𝙨𝒑𝙚𝒄𝙩𝒊𝙫𝒆 on how you view the situation or issue? Who possibly could help you instead of how much I hate this job? How could I make this work instead of complaining and getting upset over it? Could I handle this differently this round by asking others for their suggestions and feedback?

In short, work around the issue but not go against it. Changing perspectives might open a different door. What do you think?

🐝 𝘼𝒓𝙚 𝙮𝒐𝙪 𝙡𝒊𝙫𝒊𝙣𝒈 𝒐𝙣 𝘾𝒂𝙪𝒔𝙚 𝙤𝒓 𝑬𝙛𝒇𝙚𝒄𝙩? Living on Cause is when you are clear about your 𝙞𝒏𝙩𝒆𝙣𝒕𝙞𝒐𝙣 𝙖𝒏𝙙 𝙥𝒖𝙧𝒑𝙤𝒔𝙚. Anything that gets in the way is figureoutable and solvable. You might even create problems for yourself to overcome because you know every step ahead is mastering valuable skills and lessons. You are unstoppable. Super cool huh?

Living on Effect is you are quick to perceive every challenge as hard and too big to solve. You give up before even trying. You grumble, protest, object, accuse and talk yourself out undoubtedly.

Whichever way you choose, either Living on cause or Effect, the universe always supports you in what you asked. So, it is obvious which way is a beneficial way to make progress

🐝 𝑨𝙧𝒆 𝒚𝙤𝒖 𝒄𝙡𝒆𝙖𝒓 𝒂𝙗𝒐𝙪𝒕 𝒕𝙝𝒆 𝒓𝙚𝒔𝙪𝒍𝙩𝒔 𝒐𝙧 𝙤𝒖𝙩𝒄𝙤𝒎𝙚𝒔 𝒚𝙤𝒖 𝒔𝙚𝒆𝙠? If not, then you probably are wasting time on unproductive tasks. Check-in with yourself again, are you on target?

If we spend an 𝙪𝒏𝙙𝒊𝙫𝒊𝙙𝒆𝙙 𝙖𝒎𝙤𝒖𝙣𝒕 𝒐𝙛 𝙚𝒇𝙛𝒐𝙧𝒕 in getting our backside 𝙤𝒏 𝒕𝙧𝒂𝙘𝒌, it is almost impossible not to 𝙤𝒗𝙚𝒓𝙘𝒐𝙢𝒆 𝒂𝙣𝒚 𝒐𝙗𝒔𝙩𝒂𝙘𝒍𝙚𝒔 we face

With all forms of computer programming and technology, humans always seek improvement and advancement

Now, we are using AI to facilitate quality of life

Offering us more convenience and flexibility
