Life has just been too loud.

This week I lost my voice.

At first, I resisted it.

I had things to do, people to support, content to create and a masterclass to prepare for.

But as the days passed, I began to notice something…

The silence was inviting me to listen.

Not to the outside world.

To myself.

To my body.

To the quiet wisdom beneath all the mental noise.

And isn’t that often where intuition lives?

Not in the rush.
Not in the pressure.
Not in the endless search for answers.

But in the moments where we finally slow down enough to hear it.

Sometimes we don’t realise how much we have been carrying until someone helps us see it.

This beautiful reflection came from a Chakra Reading session.

What I love about this is that it wasn’t a coaching program or a long healing journey.

It was simply a space to pause, reflect, and bring awareness to what was already there.

Often, the clarity we are searching for isn’t outside of us.

It’s beneath the mental noise.
Beneath the overthinking.
Beneath the pressure to have everything figured out.

When we slow down and listen, something shifts.

And that shift can be enough to reconnect us with our own inner wisdom.

We don’t actually lack intuition.
We often lack the safety to trust it.

One of the biggest things I’ve noticed as an Energy Healer and Mentor is that people rarely have a broken inner compass.

The real challenge is that they’ve spent years learning to override it. They ignore the subtle signals from their body. They analyse every feeling. They ask everyone else what they think before checking in with themselves. And over time, they become disconnected from their own inner wisdom.

The truth is, intuition doesn’t usually arrive as a loud voice.

It comes as a feeling.

A knowing.

A subtle nudge.

A quiet sense of alignment.

But when the nervous system has been living in stress for too long, the mind becomes the dominant voice.

The overthinking gets louder.

The self-doubt gets stronger.

And we begin mistaking anxiety for intuition.

There comes a point where more thinking simply cannot create clarity.

Real clarity emerges when we slow down, soften, and learn to listen again.

One of the biggest patterns I've noticed as an Energy Healer and Mentor is that people rarely have a broken inner compass.

The real struggle is that they've been conditioned to second-guess it.

They override their body's subtle signals. They analyse their feelings until they can no longer feel them. They ask everyone around them, "What do you think I should do?"

And slowly, bit by bit, they move out of their bodies and completely into their heads, disconnecting from their own inner wisdom.

𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘵𝘩 𝘪𝘴, 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘶𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘢𝘬𝘴 𝘪𝘯 𝘢 𝘸𝘩𝘪𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘳.🌱

It doesn't communicate through force, panic or urgency. It speaks through a subtle knowing. A feeling. A quiet nudge. A moment of clarity that arrives before the mind has a chance to analyse it.

But when the nervous system has been living in stress for too long, the mind becomes the dominant voice. The mental noise gets louder. The overthinking becomes stronger. And eventually, we begin mistaking anxiety for intuition and overthinking for clarity.

There comes a point where more thinking simply cannot create clarity.

Real clarity emerges when the body softens, the nervous system settles and we learn to listen to ourselves again.

So many people think they’ve “lost” their intuition…

But often what’s really happening is this:
the nervous system has been living in survival mode for so long that the mind became the dominant voice.

Thinking.

Last Thursday, I held space for a room full of high achievers, deep feelers, and beautiful souls inside The Overthinking Reset Masterclass.

As I sat with the energy of the room afterward, one realisation stayed with me so deeply…

So many of us are exhausted not because we are weak, but because our systems have been "on" for far too long.

We tend to look at overthinking as a mental habit. But the truth is, overthinking isn’t always about your thoughts.

Sometimes, it is simply the body trying to stay safe. Trying to stay prepared. Trying to maintain control.

As high achievers, we have been rewarded for this our entire lives. We were praised for thinking faster, doing more, holding everything together, and pushing through the noise.

But eventually, the body begins to whisper: "There has to be another way."

And there is. It doesn’t come from forcing or adding more pressure. It comes from slowing down enough to actually hear yourself again. From unlocking that internal handbrake and giving your system permission to land.

This is the work I feel so deeply called to guide. Helping you move out of the constant mental static, and back home into your body. Back into inner peace and soul alignment.
