We had a wonderful time celebrating Father’s Day yesterday at Apollo Senior Social Group 💙

Everyone enjoyed our fun vacation theme, sharing laughter and creating happy memories together. Thank you to all our wonderful clients, families and staff who made the day so special.

Roadtrip smiles in the Swan Valley! ☀️🚗

Our seniors enjoyed a scenic drive and visited some local favourites, including Mondo Nougat, with plenty of sightseeing, shopping, laughter and great company along the way. 🍬✨

After exploring the Swan Valley, we headed to Viet Town for a delicious Vietnamese lunch together. 🍜🥢

Days like these are about more than just getting out and about, they’re about staying connected, creating new memories and enjoying meaningful experiences together. 💚

We’re already looking forward to our next adventure! 🚌✨

Những nụ cười rạng rỡ trong chuyến dã ngoại tại Swan Valley! ☀️🚗

Các bác đã có một chuyến đi ghé thăm những địa điểm yêu thích, trong đó có Mondo Nougat, The House of Honey, tràn ngập niềm vui, cùng nhau ngắm cảnh, mua sắm, tràn ngập tiếng cười và sự đồng hành tuyệt vời trên suốt chặng đường. 🍬✨

Sau khi khám phá Swan Valley, đoàn đã ghé Viet Town để thưởng thức một bữa trưa món Việt thật ngon miệng. 🍜🥢

Mỗi chuyến đi đều được thiết kế tỉ mỉ để các cô chú, ông bà có thể khám phá, thư giãn và kết nối an toàn với sự hỗ trợ từ đội ngũ tận tâm của chúng tôi. Những ngày như thế này không chỉ đơn thuần là ra ngoài đi dạo—mà còn là để duy trì sự gắn kết, tạo dựng những kỷ niệm mới và tận hưởng những trải nghiệm ý nghĩa cùng nhau. 💚

Chúng tôi đã rất mong chờ chuyến phiêu lưu tiếp theo rồi đấy! 🚌✨
