A beautiful afternoon at a fundraiser supporting Barbara May Foundation. Supporting pregnant women leading up to birth in Ethiopia. Most women are so malnourished that they die during childbirth. This incredible organisation and the amazing Valerie who is a midwife and nurse goes to remote areas to help women in the Afar tribe and she needs our help so if you want to donate I have included the QR code. Click Emergency Relief for women in the Afar region. It’s only valid for the next week. We forget how easy food and medical supplies are for pregnant women in our culture. Thankyou Kirsty and her family for the offering of their beautiful home. Such a pleasure to meet and hug Valerie. What an angel!

Hi everyone.
I’ve just had a walk and whilst reflecting on discussions from last night about pains and hurts of the past that carry into our present it made think on this ancient rage between Israel and Palestine and how we can effect it in a positive way. We ask why don’t they ”get over it” stop hating. Well I ask. Can you?? Some of our angers, bitterness and pain with friends, family, strangers are 1, 5, 10, 20, 50, 80 years old and yet, we struggle to forgive and move on so how do we expect them to move on.?
We can only effect change in our world by putting down these pains and forgive them and ourselves for putting ourself in these positions. Even if we were a child or teenager or young adult that has no control, on some level we were there to learn something.
So I ask you right now. Close your eyes with your hands on your heart and whisper the words I forgive you, I forgive me.
If all sent this into the collective then maybe ancient wound’s will start to heal and love can finally seep in.
Just a thought.
