Do you feel like you can only eat chicken, rice and pumpkin because everything else makes you feel bloated or uncomfortable?

The problem isn’t always the food. Sometimes, we need to look at what’s actually happening with your digestion.

You shouldn’t have to keep removing foods forever. đŸ€

Comment “GUT” and let’s find out what’s actually going on.

WAKING UP AT 3 AM? đŸ˜©

Try these 3 supplements — they could make a big difference in your sleep.

Don’t just accept waking up at the same time every night. There may be a reason behind it. 👀

Comment “SLEEP” and I’ll tell you what I’d look at first.

Here’s where I would start:

đŸ§ȘTest your gut:ongoing digestive symptoms can sometimes be linked to microbial imbalances, bacterial or fungal overgrowth, inflammation or poor digestive function. Testing can help us understand what’s actually going on rather than guessing.

đŸ„© Check your nutrient status: low B12, vitamin D, iron, zinc or magnesium can contribute to fatigue, brain fog, low energy and other symptoms. Testing helps identify what you actually need before blindly supplementing.

🩋Check your thyroid: constipation, fatigue, brain fog, hair changes and feeling cold can sometimes be associated with suboptimal thyroid function, so this is another important piece to investigate.

🌿 Then address the root cause: the goal isn’t to keep adding supplements to mask symptoms. It’s to understand why you’re experiencing them and create a personalised plan based on your symptoms and results.

💬 Comment TEST if you’re ready to invest in your health and want some answers.

If you have hypothyroidism and you’re only getting your TSH checked, you may be wondering whether there’s more you should be looking at.

The right blood tests will depend on your symptoms, medical history and what your doctor is investigating, but I often like to look beyond thyroid markers alone.

Iron status, nutrient levels, thyroid hormones and antibodies can all provide useful pieces of the bigger picture.

And if you have persistent symptoms despite being on thyroid medication, that’s worth discussing with your healthcare practitioner rather than simply accepting that “everything is normal.”

Anyone else can relate? đŸ˜©

28/08/2026

If you have Hashimoto’s + hypothyroidism and you’re still dealing with fatigue, brain fog, constipation, weight changes or low energy, taking your medication is important — but it may not be the only piece of the puzzle.

Supporting your thyroid health also means looking at your nutrition, nutrient status, stress, exercise, sleep and overall lifestyle.

This doesn’t mean you need to follow a restrictive diet or stop your medication.

The goal is to understand why you’re experiencing your symptoms and address the factors that may be contributing to them.

💬 Comment “THYROID” if you want to learn more about how to support your thyroid and get to the root cause of your symptoms.
