For the past 8 weeks, Amisha has been leading our Move for Life group every Wednesday, creating a supportive space for people over 50 to move with more ease and confidence. 💙
As part of the program, members completed two reassessments: a hand grip test, which measures upper body strength; and a sit-to-stand test, which looks at lower body strength and leg endurance.
We’re so pleased to see improvements across both assessments (swipe to see the results 👉).
These changes don’t come from just one thing. Consistent movement, better sleep, nutrition, stress management, and overall wellbeing all play a role in supporting healthy ageing.
