What should I book?
💪🏼 Foundation: Whether you are a beginner, or you just want to fine tune the basics, this class is for you. Foundation focuses on the basic strength movements. In a safe controlled environment, you will learn the optimal technique for your body on all the different foundational movements.
🏋️♀️ Sets and Reps: an advancement on foundation. This class is a full body strength workout, using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and machines. It is recommended that you have a base level of weight training before you take on this class.
🍑 Pilates: Take your core strength to the next level! Say goodbye to back and neck pain, thanks to proper alignment and body awareness. Healthy hips and strong glutes for the win. That’s what this class is all about. Class will either be mat Pilates or circuit style mixing mat and reformer. All levels welcome.
🔥 Athletic: Bring out your inner athlete! This class is a challenging yet fun way to improve your fitness, co-ordination, strength, and power. We combine plyometrics, strength, power, balance, as well as many other elements. For all levels, everything we do has a progression and regression.
🥵 Circuit: Circuit style workout, mixing strength and conditioning. All levels welcome!
🤸 Move Well: For those who want to increase their mobility and flexibility. This class is for all levels. Every stretch or drill performed will have progressions and regressions based on your level.
