🚨 URGENT HIRING – Female Disability Support Workers 🚨
Total Disability Care Pty Ltd is seeking compassionate and reliable Female Disability Support Workers to join our growing team in the Castle Hill, NSW area.
💰 Pay Rate: $40+ per hour plus applicable loadings
About the Role
You will provide person-centred support to participants in their homes and within the community, helping them achieve their goals and maintain their independence.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Personal care and assistance with daily living activities
✅ In-home support and domestic assistance
✅ Community access and social participation
✅ Transport to appointments and activities
✅ Supporting participants to build life skills and independence
✅ Maintaining accurate progress notes and documentation
Requirements
✔ Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
✔ Relevant qualifications and/or disability support experience
✔ Current National Police Check
✔ First Aid & CPR Certificate
✔ Working With Children Check (WWCC)
✔ NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
✔ Excellent communication skills and a caring attitude
