Every surgical plan starts with anatomy, not implant size. That’s why consultation and surgical planning extend far beyond choosing a number in cc.

Our patient’s goal was to create balance, proportion and a result that complemented her natural frame and anatomy.

Following assessment with Dr. Wessels, 3D Vectra imaging was used to evaluate this patient’s proportions, allowing different implant sizes and approaches to be visualised before surgery.

Her surgical plan involved Motiva Ergonomix® implants:
Left: 380cc
Right: 360cc

An internal bra technique was used to provide additional support and assist with long term implant positioning. The patient also had fat grafting for contour refinement and soft tissue support.
