For a long time, I didn’t realise how much I was holding back
I hid from social events, photos.
From clothes I actually wanted to wear.
I didn’t know what confidence actually felt like. 

Once again, it wasn’t just lack of confidence in the way I looked..
I wasn’t confident around food, in the gym or how to have a body that reflected my efforts

Getting in great shape didn’t just change my body….

It changed my relationship with food - from something I feared and negotiated with every single day, to something I genuinely enjoy.

It changed how I walk into a room.

It changed how I dress, how I carry myself, how I show up in the gym and everywhere else.
