Every phase requires strategy, consistency, patience and the ability to enjoy and appreciate the process, especially the look. It’s absolutely no excuse to lose shape and get sloppy. Well at least that’s how we do it here at GMF.

What an incredible start to the day!

We had an amazing hiking experience filled with great company, conversations, laughs and unforgettable CARDIO memories.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and helped make it such a special event.

It’s seriously days like these that remind us it’s not just about the reps in the gym, but the people you share the journey with.
