Flow mOcean offers Sydney's Premier Sup Yoga, Kayak Yoga, Beach Yoga, and Team building classes in Manly, Sydney

Fitness and Yoga classes in Manly Harbour have been operating through Manly Kayak Centre for nearly two decades. The time has come for this community to branch out as a separate entity, hence the birth of flow mOcean. There's no way to really describe the magic of dipping your toes off your board and into the ocean during your floating savasana or to dive into the waves after a sweaty beach workou

t; it is something that must be experienced. Our classes are open to all levels of fitness, novice or pro paddlers, beginners and advanced yogis. All you need is a towel, water and a sense of adventure - Come enjoy nature with us!
