Measles is raising its ugly head once again. Even in Australia.
Kids particularly, can be very sick or not at all. So be aware. Measles is very contagious and much worse for adults that kids.

If you suspect it is, wear masks, isolate and contact your health professional immediately. Don't wait because measles won't.

Learn what it looks like. Keep your immune system honed with good sleep, good diet and managing your stress.

There are things you can take to support your immune system, vitamin C is a good example. Talk to your health professional for guided advice!

I hope you had a happy and safe Mardi Gras. After the big party last night, for today's recovery look after yourself- hydrate, eat, rest. Nothing wrong with self care and being kind to yourself!
How did you celebrate last night? I enjoyed the parade on TV and was totally overwhelmed by the positivity and inclusion that was evident. It gave me some optimism.
