Well, that plan didn’t quite go as expected - but something new has bloomed!

I’ve started a new creative venture making polymer clay earrings, with plans to add charms, magnets, and other handmade goodies soon. You can check it all out at www.ainona.com.au

I’m also still planning to make lip balms and shampoo bars once I restock a few supplies, so there might even be a little cross-shop discount in the future 👀

Just a quick update: I ordered some stuff a while ago for lip balms and shampoo/cond bars. Just waiting on them, I have to double check my packaging supplies and see if I can still source the same boxes and balm tubes.
The cost of raw materials is very different than they were pre-covid but hopefully I don't have to raise the price of my products too much to make up for it.

My plan is to start with these products and slowly introduce the others. I'm still looking for a good bicarb and citric supplier for the bathbombs so they will probably be last on the list tbh (also because the garage here is VERY damp so I am not sure how bath bombs will fare in the current setup).

Not sure if anyone is going to see this, it's been a while 😆
I am hoping to start making some products soon and was wondering what you would want to see stocked - apart from bath bombs as I'm still working on raw material suppliers for those.
If you see this, let me know. I'm thinking shampoo / conditioner bars and lipbalms to start with.

A small run of all of our clouds are back in stock. We've also made some bluebirds, whirly blitzers and starbursts. :)

I just donated $109 to Minus18!
It's not much but it's a pretty great outcome considering my store has been closed for several months 😅.

With the multitude of people out there copying other businesses and vendors offering tutorials or kits so they can capitalise on someone else's designs & hard work, it's real easy to feel like your products are lost in a sea of replicas and to lose motivation or the drive to create.
With that in mind, I want to say thank you. Thank you for helping me support such a great charity and thank you for supporting me by choosing to purchase my rainbow clouds. In doing so, you are supporting original design and that makes you pretty damn awesome in my eyes. 🌈🥰

In other news I am working on restocking at the moment so I can reopen the store. It's slow going, mostly thanks to that motivation thing I mentioned earlier, but it's definitely happening. There will be some small changes - some products will be dropped, some will be modified and some will be added... eventually. I have a lot of ideas but very little passion these days so fingers crossed my mojo returns.

I've finally finished my prac placement but I've had to close the webstore down until my damaged floorboards are replaced as I basically will have nowhere to make products until it's done. Sorry for any inconvenience!
I am looking forward to being able to make some stuff!!!

I just love editing images with lots of vibrant colour because you hardly need to do a thing!
