Dear Valued Clients,
As we close this chapter after 12 wonderful years, we want to sincerely thank each and every one of you for your trust and support. It has been our absolute privilege to look after your treatments and to build the relationships we have shared along the way.
We wish to inform you that our Mount Druitt Clinic J’adore Skin & Laser Clinic will be closing today at 5pm 21st of September 2025, as our lease has come to an end. This decision allows us the opportunity to transition into a new location ,where we will have greater flexibility and the ability to make our own decisions, rather than operating within Westfield Mount Druitt’s set trading hours and requirements.
We are excited for this next chapter and will be announcing our new clinic location and opening date very soon on our page and Instagram page.
For those with prepaid treatments, please rest assured they will be rolled over to the new clinic. We have been reaching out personally to all prepaid clients—many of you we were able to connect with directly, and for others we left voicemail messages. If your phone does not have voicemail enabled, we may have missed you, but please know your treatments are secure.
Our new clinic location and opening date will be announced very soon, and we are excited to continue caring for you in this new space.
