CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR NEW HYPNOTHERAPY GRADUATES! 💃🕺✨👏

We had an amazing training of trance induction, understanding the structure of a perfect hypnotherapy session and much more with lots of practice, fun and success!

Seven days.
One room full of courageous humans.
And countless moments that changed lives.

This week we completed another immersive NLP Practitioner training, and once again I was reminded that this work is unlike any traditional professional development course.

People don’t sit passively absorbing endless PowerPoint slides while counting down to the next break. Instead, something very different happens.

Each day the room becomes more connected, more honest, more alive.

People begin noticing the unconscious patterns that have shaped their emotions, relationships, communication and identity for years. Insights emerge. Defences soften. Confidence grows. Emotional healing begins to occur in real time.

There are highs, challenges, breakthroughs, laughter, vulnerability and deep support for one another — and somehow seven very full days seem to pass in what feels like minutes.

What I appreciate most is the courage it takes for people to keep leaning in, even when resistance appears.

Every single participant showed enormous dedication, openness and commitment to their own growth, and the way they supported one another throughout the journey was something truly special to witness.

By the end of the 7 days, every participant described the training as life-changing.

To me, that speaks to something much bigger than learning communication skills.

As self-awareness deepens, emotional intelligence naturally expands.

As we heal ourselves, we begin healing our relationships. And when relationships change, the ripple effects extend far beyond the training room.

Deep gratitude to my dear friend Gina Mitchell, whose wisdom, heart and leadership continue to grow so beautifully as she steps further into facilitating this work.

And a special thank you to my incredible crew Canna Cao, Imelda Dj, Jorja de Maria, Peter A Smith and Goodness Emerokwam for helping hold such a safe and transformational space.

Have you seen the latest trend to ask AI for an “unhinged bio”? Give it a try! Here’s mine! 😆

She walks into a room and suddenly everyone remembers they have emotions.

Not feelings—emotions. The kind they’ve been avoiding since 2007.

This is Sonya: part oracle, part pattern-interrupt, part “why are you like this?” delivered with unnerving precision and just enough warmth that you thank her for the psychological exposure.

She doesn’t do small talk. She reverse-engineers your identity in under seven minutes, spots the limiting belief you’ve been decorating like a feature wall, and gently—or not so gently—kicks it out the front door.

People come to her for communication training and accidentally have a life audit.

Somewhere between neuroscience, intuition, and what can only be described as “mage energy,” she turns vague overwhelm into clarity so sharp it could cut glass. You’ll arrive thinking you need better wording. You’ll leave realizing you needed a whole new operating system.

Farewell my soul sister, darling Ege. You were my sister from another mister and I loved how we built our businesses side by side, and you came and studied NLP with me. We celebrated life together with song and dance but now that time is over.

You brought joy to everyone you met and the world is a darker place today with your absence.

You had fought cancer for 7 long years and were winning for most of that time.

Now the angels have called you back home to be reunited with your beloved mother.

I miss you and will remember you always. I hope to see you again.

It’s 4:30amon a Thursday morning.
Pitch dark. Most people still asleep.

And I’m on my way to a business networking meeting… feeling genuinely good about it.

Not because I have to go.
Because I want to.

There was a time I would have questioned this version of me.
Why am I getting up this early?
Why am I putting in this much energy?

Now I know the answer.

When something is aligned with your purpose, it doesn’t drain you… it fuels you.

We talk a lot about what we’re doing in business.
But the real question is — why are you doing it?

Because when your “why” is clear,
effort feels different.
Commitment feels different.
Even 4:30am feels different.

For me, it’s about legacy.
About the impact I leave behind long after the work is done.
