Heal With Celeste

My name is Celeste, and I'm passionate about guiding you on a journey of self-discovery through QHHT.

Since childhood, my heart resonated with a deeper urge to help, to delve into the hidden layers of people's struggles. But after weathering a traumatic storm at work, I realized I needed to mend my own fractures first. It led me to QHHT, Crystal and sound healing and guided meditation teacher a path that ignited a familiar spark - the childhood dream of guiding others towards healing and rediscovering their true selves. Now, I stand ready to walk alongside you, not just as a healer, but as a fellow traveler on this beautiful, transformative path.

> Four years ago today, I decided to quit my job without a backup plan and focus on self-love.
> During the COVID lockdown, I was forced to work illegally and cover every position in a project, from fetching workers to the site, doing administrative tasks, and staying on-site to monitor and coordinate with workers. On top of that, my boss (father) expected the project to be finished by his deadline, no matter the circumstances. I was physically and emotionally exhausted, and I still remember crying uncontrollably in my car.
> I wanted to meet my father's expectations so I could get his recognition and love (a "daddy issue"). I poured my heart and soul into the project, but in the end, I was not recognized and was scolded. A voice inside me told me to quit, but it wasn't easy because I still wanted his love. Another voice reminded me that I needed to start loving myself.
> Every fear and challenge in life can be a catalyst for self-healing. They are more important than we think

🌟✨ Embrace the Power of Sound & Crystal Healing! ✨🌟

Hey, beautiful souls! 💖 I've been receiving so many questions about the incredible benefits of sound and crystal healing lately, so I thought I'd share some insights with you all! 🎶💎

1️⃣ Inner Harmony: Sound vibrations and crystal energies work together to restore balance within us, helping to align our chakras and bring peace to our minds and spirits.

2️⃣ Stress Relief: These healing modalities can reduce stress and anxiety by promoting relaxation and releasing tension stored in the body.

3️⃣ Energy Cleansing: Imagine a soothing wave washing away negativity! Sound and crystals have the power to cleanse our energy fields and uplift our vibrations.

4️⃣ Enhanced Meditation: They deepen meditation experiences, making it easier to enter a state of mindfulness and connect with our higher selves.

5️⃣ Physical Wellness: Many believe in their ability to promote physical healing by stimulating circulation, easing pain, and supporting the immune system.

Whether it's the resonant tones of Tibetan singing bowls or the sparkling energy of amethyst crystals, incorporating these practices into your routine can truly elevate your well-being. 🌈✨

Have you tried sound or crystal healing? What benefits have you experienced? Share your journey with me! Let's spread positive vibes together! 🙌💫
