5 habits that genuinely helped regulate my nervous system, reduce jaw tension & support cortisol levels:

• Eating before caffeine instead of running on stress hormones first thing.
• Swapping intense workouts for more restorative movement when my body felt burnt out.
• Treating jaw tension as a nervous system symptom, not just a jaw issue.
• Slowing down around food, digestion & gut health instead of rushing through everything.
• Prioritising recovery time during the week instead of living in constant go-go-go mode.

Healing rarely comes from pushing harder.
