I am so excited to invite you to our New Dance and Movement Workshops focused on Chakra Healing! This journey begins on Sunday, May 24, at 11:30 a.m.

In this workshops we will experience the flow of energy through movement: we will reconnect, dance, breathe, release emotions, and clear blockages.

It is a space with no rules, no limitations—just feeling the music and exploring your own rhythm.

I want to share that, while all are welcome to join, you can attend just one workshop if you'd like, but the idea is to experience all of them as part of the continuous journey, where we focus on aligning our energies through the seven chakras.
