Hi beautiful souls. Just a loving reminder about our next Chakra and Conscious Movement workshop. This time, we're exploring the Throat Chakra, the center of communication and authentic expression.

Please bring or wear something blue, a water bottle, a small face towel, and dress comfortably.

We'll meet at 11 a.m. at Flour Mill Studio in Newtown.
