Why am I wearing Peanuts and Snoopy today?

I had a big emotional weekend. Processing childhood stuff, specifically around crying. I never let myself cry as a kid.

So the emotion gets trapped. And it waits.

Today I took intentional acts for the inner child inside me.

This is a real Louise Hay technique. And it works.

I could never have had this awareness, or felt safe enough to act on it, without the Love Yourself, Heal Your Life two day workshop. That work taught me how to actually find and care for my inner child, not just talk over her.

In deep alpha, I found out who didn’t want me to succeed.

In the Silva Manifesting 2-Day workshop, we go into a deep alpha state (a relaxed brainwave state) where the noise of the conscious mind quietens down and what’s really running the show underneath comes to the surface.

I discovered a block that took me by surprise.

A person whom I loved and adored had quietly wired their belief into my subconscious about what I was allowed to become.

These weren’t even my beliefs. It was about that person's own fear and limiting beliefs that were projected, and I’d been carrying them as if they were mine to hold.

Some of the people blocking your success left the room decades ago, but their voices are still running the program.
