We are 100% Australian owned & operated, with a commitment to enabling and empowering disabled members of our community. We focus in 3 main ares: Power Mobility, Patient Care, Architectural Planning. Our clients can achieve or improve their quality of life and community access with the extensive range of power wheelchairs and scooters from our M-Power division. Individuals or facilities involved in continuing care will maximize Occupational Health and Safety with superior patient lifting and handling products from Active Mobility Systems Care. Our experienced sales team provides a solutions-based approach to the mobility and care requirements of all our clients. We respect the vastly differing needs of each individual and will tailor products from our ever-increasing range to suit.

Nothing like a hands-on Manual Handling Session to get us through the week!

Thank you to Action OT for spending time with us at our Newcastle showroom for an engaging and practical education session.

Together, we explored safe manual handling techniques, assistive technology solutions, and practical approaches to supporting both clients and caregivers. It was fantastic to see everyone getting involved, sharing experiences, and asking great questions.

These sessions are all about building confidence, developing practical skills, and giving Occupational Therapists tools they can take straight back into their everyday practice.

A huge thank you to our Newcastle team for helping bring the session to life!

Jo Shelwell and Jacky Hung joined us back in 2016, and over the past decade, they’ve been part of so many chapters in our journey. They’ve watched the company grow and evolve into what it is today, contributing their knowledge, dedication and experience along the way.

This weeks Happy Customer Julie!

After what should have been a routine flight home quickly became a stressful experience when a wheelchair rim light was not turning off.

Fortunately our fast acting service team immediately stepped in as soon as Julie arrived home to investigate and fix the issue. Her message to us after says it all:

"I just want to thank you so much. I was in a frantic state after such a stressful time in Sydney trying to get on the flight"

Moments like these remind us that mobility equipment is more than technology. It's about independence, confidence, and knowing there is a team ready to jump on the scene when you need it most.
