💃🕺Dancing is one of best natural way to prevent feeling isolation, increases dopamine and serotonin levels to help us experience happiness while keep us stay fit and enhance mental and emotional well-being.

I'm incredibly greatful that I was able to collaborate teaching with amazing Zumba teachers such as Elena and Mari last Friday morning to celebrate Health and well-beings week with 80s disco theme. Bringing dance party so we could enjoy fabulous fun time together. We can't wait to dance with you again very soon 🥳💖

Fantastic day of building trust and friendships on Friendship Day to celebrate community in Zetland 🎉🎉🎉

I'm so greatful that I had the chance to share my passions of yoga and therapetic sounds to support youth and my beloved local area that I've been living in the last 15 years. Bringing people in positive social interaction through conscious movements, breath and sounds.

This week, I've been inviting people in my classes to explore the connection to heart. Playing with corageous heart low crescent lunge, wild thing and wheel. Exploring both strength and surrender as we are in flow of sensations and life.

I love heart focus practice. It feels so juicy as we get in touch with our heart and emotions. We might start the practice experience grey yet we moved through mindful breath and movements, there can be a significant shift to brighter inner joy fun inside out.
