💃🕺Dancing is one of best natural way to prevent feeling isolation, increases dopamine and serotonin levels to help us experience happiness while keep us stay fit and enhance mental and emotional well-being.
I'm incredibly greatful that I was able to collaborate teaching with amazing Zumba teachers such as Elena and Mari last Friday morning to celebrate Health and well-beings week with 80s disco theme. Bringing dance party so we could enjoy fabulous fun time together. We can't wait to dance with you again very soon 🥳💖
