TIPS TO KEEP HEALTHY THIS WINTER:
π Get plenty of fresh air and sunshine. Vitamin D is crucial for our bones but also helps to fight inflammation and boost mood.
π Eat a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables for boosting immunity (it is important to get a variety of colours, particularly yellow orange ones - swipe for details).
π Drink plenty of water and enjoy warm soups to keep well hydrated.
π Keep active. Activity could be anything from planned exercise, to shopping, or cleaning!
π Practice good hygiene by washing your hands regularly, coughing/sneezing into your elbow or a tissue. Stay home if you are sick!
