We are so pleased to welcome Angela to the studio 💛

With over 25 years in elite sport, Angela has supported athletes at the highest level, from Rugby World Cups to the Olympic Games. She is currently the Team Soft Tissue Therapist for the Manly Sea Eagles and brings that same depth of care and precision to you.

Her approach blends performance insight with clinical Pilates and rehabilitation experience. That means thoughtful treatment, clear reasoning, and results you can feel.

Whether you train hard, sit long hours, or just want to move more freely, Angela will bring you back to life ;)

You're in good hands with Jess 💛 A physio with 25+ years in Pilates and functional movement, Jess is the founder of Pure Form Pilates in Avalon and has worked with everyone from first timers to elite athletes. Rehab, pelvic health, post natal return to movement, strength building, neuro conditions. She brings depth and clarity to it all.

Her sessions are personal and responsive. You move how you need to move that day. Sometimes that means steady rebuild. Sometimes it means strength and sweat.

Jess is back at Polestar, where she taught early in her career. Now we're delighted to welcome Jess back to her old stomping ground - the studio ✨

Meet Charlotte. She’s stepping into Thursday mornings at 7am with a fresh Mat class starting 5 March 💛

Charlotte comes from a dance background, performing and competing across Australia and overseas.

Pilates has supported her through it all. Stronger lines, better control, and a body that feels supported.

After finishing school, she followed that spark and trained to become a qualified Polestar teacher.

She has also completed Community Coaching and General Principles with the ASC, is a qualified Progressive Contemporary Technique teacher, and brings years of dance teaching experience.
