September is coming home.

This month, I'll be right here — holding space for you in the studio, in a Spinal Energetics session, or guiding your soul to where it needs to be.

If you've felt the shift in energy but can't quite shake off the winter blues— this is your sign to reconnect and come back home to yourself.

See you soon 💜

Love this quote ❤️

This why I do the work, to invite more love into everyday rather than choices, decisions made out of fear.

What else do you do on Friday night
? RCVRI • Wellness & Recovery Studios was the place to be. Loved the compression boots giving me time to read the book, Your Spine Holds the Answers, by Dr Sarah Jane Perri, founder of Spinal Energetics.

I'm not going to lie, I could only get to the top of my legs in the cold plunge pool. Next session will see how far I get ♥️

They say that laughter is the best medicine and after a long couple of weeks, I realised this week I feel like I haven't properly laughed in ages.

I bought these sunnies for a class tomorrow where we are having dance party. Time where we can just be free, dance like no one is watching and hopefully laugh along the way.

Drop a line the comments on something that made you laugh this week ♥️

Some days I'm on the reformer, some days I'm on the table, some days I'm holding space with the cards.

Wherever you catch me — Pilates, Spinal Energetics, or a Soul Guidance Reading — it's all the same invitation: come back to yourself.

A huge thank you to the beautiful Denise AXYS Pilates for putting together such a heart-warming morning in support of Women's Community Shelters. We moved through a beautiful pilates session together before wandering through Centennial Park, soaking up the sunshine and each other's company. So grateful to be part of a community that shows up for such an important cause.

4 months in, and it's been... interesting.

Have I loved every minute? No.

Has it been a sweet ride? Definitely not.

Have I considered going back to corporate? Absolutely.

Will I? No.

Even with the ups and downs, I'm happier now than I was before. I'm putting myself out there, I'm creating, I'm learning — and most of all, there's purpose in what I do.

The world is in chaos, and I've been fortunate to learn skills that quieten that chaos and make peace feel possible.

These 4 months have been a season of learning and growing — shedding the old patterning and mindset that comes with a corporate job takes time.

The first few months after I resigned were an adjustment. Now, I'm looking forward to what's next.

Here's to unlearning, becoming, and trusting the process.
