You can stop white-knuckling it now.
The headaches. The heaviness. The tired that no amount of sleep fixes. Your body has been talking to you the whole time.
That's not weakness. That's data.
And the most radical thing you can do — in a culture that rewards burnout, that pins a badge on being busy, that calls exhaustion dedication — is learn to listen.
Regulation is not a luxury. It's not something you earn after you've hit the next milestone or cleared the next deadline. It's the foundation. And you deserve access to it now.
This is the work I do. Meeting people exactly where they are and helping them come back home to their body — gently, safely, and at a pace that works for them.
