What has become normal?
Poor sleep.
Fatigue.
Stress.
Stiffness.
Reduced movement.
Many people gradually adapt to these changes and begin to accept them as a normal part of life.
But acceptance and normal aren't always the same thing.
At our practice, we often encourage people to ask a simple question:
"What has become normal?"
Because just because something is common doesn't mean it's normal.
Health is about more than symptoms🤧
It's about maintaining the ability to move well, sleep well, adapt well and continue doing the things that matter most.
