Our Novis sales team recently took part in an internal training session focused on Etac Raised Toilet Seats and Shower Commodes, strengthening product knowledge and confidence to help customers find the right solutions for everyday independence.

The session was led by Mary Velez, Clinical Education Manager, alongside Nathan Koletti, Head of Sales, Community, combining clinical expertise with practical sales knowledge.
