Forgiveness rights no wrongs, it simply releases the weight of the pain that the past - a past event, feeling or wrong that has left you heavy within in this the present moment, which is ideally the gift of now - the only time you are living.
Keep an eye on that intention and be sure to let go of what used to serve you but no longer does and definitely let go of whatever has never served you for your highest good. This may include self-forgiveness yourself or forgiving others/ releasing the trauma being carried within from past hurts, wounds, traumas, events or people that have wronged or weighed you down, via bullying or simply prevented you from experiencing the calm of inner peace as your anchor and foundation.
