Why do we cleanse our skin?
To remove dirt, oil, and impurities. Throughout the day the skin on your face comes in continually contact with bacteria, pollutants, dirt. Cleansers are designed to remove these impurities to give the skin a fresh look and feel.
However we do have good bacteria, oils and even dead skin cells which create a protective barrier called the acid mantle.
