Having spent over 8 years involved in individual and team sports, as well as having an abundance of academic tuition lead by some of the foremost mentors in the fitness industry; I have acquired knowledge that has been trialled & tested time & time again to assure that my clients are getting the highest quality of coaching. I believe in educating to create habits and turning weaknesses into streng

ths. My philosophy involves identifying then correcting imbalances & areas of weakness. As well as educating my clients about the intention of progressing efficiently using an individualised plan to promote success and longevity in their results. I believe training is not only about your end goal, but enjoying the process and having fun (almost!) every step of the way. My goal for you is to feel great about yourself inside & out, in clothes & with nothing on at all - and I have the proficiency & systems in place to get you there. Our next womenโ€™s connection morning is HEREEE & as it cools down outside we are getting HOT ๐Ÿฅต

& I have partnered together to create a spicy womenโ€™s morning experience June 21st starting at 8:00am. ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ

We will run through a 45 minute strength, pilates, cardio workout with ALL OF THE VIBES. ๐Ÿ’ƒ

The first 18 tickets will be reserved for 8am start time โฐ

The following 18 tickets MEANS WE MIGHT OPEN UP A 9am start time โฑ๏ธ

After class we will walk around to the coffee shop & chat, caffienate, & unwind to enter our Sunday feeling fresh + revilatised โœจ

Want to know what cured 90% of my PMS symptoms?๐Ÿฉธ

I used to have periods bleeding for an average of 9 to 11 days ๐Ÿ“†

Extremely heavy

Extremely painful

And always paired with extreme mood swings leading up to it as well. ๐Ÿซ 

What actually helped fix my PMS?

Saying friggen NO more.

I will be the first to say yeah girl, you probably do need to be push pushing harder in the gym.

But the caveat isโ€ฆ if itโ€™s around your luteal phase (PMS) and itโ€™s NOT in the tank.. LEAVE IT.

Learning to say no to people, things, activities around your period isnโ€™t being weak.

Itโ€™s actually just protecting your energy.

Which allows you to:

A) pour back into yourself
B) get clear on what (& who) gets to be in your space while youโ€™re doing that โœ…
