The theme for this year's competition is Unspoken Worlds Within.

The word limit for this competition is 5000 words. You may choose the genre.

Thank you to everyone who helped make Saturday’s sensory space in Strathfield a success, including those who supplied the tent and lent us stim toys, and those that gave us the space to run our space.

Thank you also to everyone who used our sensory space and showed their appreciation. In our own small way, we hope to make large-scale event spaces even more accessible, inclusive and enjoyable.

See you all again at another festival!

If you’re in need of some respite from the hubbub of the festival proceedings, head over to our stim toy-filled tent next to the Rotunda!

Strathfield Spring Festival is returning to Strathfield Park on Saturday 5 September and everyone's favourite heelers, Bluey and Bingo from Australia's beloved hit children's series Bluey, will be there!

You and your loved ones are invited to Strathfield Park from 10am for what will be an unforgettable day of family fun! Watch two live stage performances from Bluey and Bingo, as well as enjoy an amazing line up of live music, market stalls and family entertainment!

To entertain the little ones, there will be amusement and pony rides, a petting zoo, jumping castle, as well as free face painting! And for teens, we will have a fun parkour workshop, laser tag, stunt jump, and even a ninja run obstacle course!

And let's not forget, there will be a mouth-watering variety of delicious food trucks so you can taste your way around the world!
