This is how the fear that comes with meeting yourself in your highest potential can look…

You finally receive your SoulBio or your SoulEmbodied Business & Brand Blueprint. You read it and you feel excited, because something in you recognises the truth of what is written there. But at the same time, you don’t know how to fully grasp it.

There is confusion, because the version of you reading it today may not yet be able to make sense of what this potential could actually look like in reality. You may start questioning whether you really can do it, whether you are capable of becoming that version of yourself, and whether you are ready to hold what you can now see.

And this is where SoulHealing can ease the journey. 💫

Because seeing your potential is one thing. Being able to live it, trust it and grow into it is another.

Sometimes it is not more information that you need, but support for the fear, doubt, old limitations, and inner resistance that arise when you come closer to the truth of who you are here to be. ✨

Many people do not lack talent, skills, experience or potential. In fact, they often carry an incredible amount of wisdom, creativity and natural ability. ✨

Yet despite all of that, something still feels hard. Not because you are doing too little, but because somewhere along the way you may have started compromising who you are.

You follow strategies that do not feel natural. You compare yourself to others. You try to fit into someone else’s version of success. You work in ways that drain your energy rather than support it.

And over time, your enthusiasm begins to fade. Your creativity feels heavier. Your business suddenly feels like something you have to force.

What if the heaviness lifts not from working harder, but from working truer to who you are?

What if it comes down to competence?

Not competence in the traditional sense of being perfect or knowing everything, but competence as the natural confidence that emerges when you are doing work you genuinely love, in a way that feels true to you.💫

When you stop compromising and allow your uniqueness, creativity and natural gifts to lead the way, something shifts. You become more energised, more magnetic and more fulfilled. All you hear is: “BE DIFFERENT.”

But the moment you do something differently, people say:

“You can’t do that.”
“That’s not how it’s done.”
“Nobody does it that way.”

And it’s exactly the same in business.

Funny, isn’t it?

The people who bring something new into the world are often the ones willing to move beyond what is already accepted. They see a different possibility, a different way of doing things, or a gap that others have not yet recognised.

And of course, that meets resistance.

Because anything new challenges what people already know.

But if everyone stayed within the existing rules, the world would never move forward.

The people who move it forward are often the ones being questioned first.

Because sometimes the very thing others doubt in you is the thing that carries your originality.

And that originality does not come from trying to be different.

It comes from being true to who you are and the vision you carry. 💫

✨WHAT HUMAN DESIGN IN PRACTICE ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE

A client I have worked with for quite some time recently reached out to ask for my opinion on a decision she was trying to make.

I felt flattered that she trusted me. I really did. And if my ego had taken over, I could have simply given it. Told her what I thought, analysed the pros and cons, shared my perspective.

But that is not what Human Design is about.

Human Design is not about becoming dependent on someone else’s answer. It is about learning to trust your own.

So instead of giving her my opinion, I guided her to find her own. Not from her head, but from her inner knowing and her own authority.✨

At first there were reasons, concerns, questions and logical explanations. Which is completely normal. When we are learning to make decisions differently, the mind wants certainty before it will move.

But as she continued checking in with herself, it became clearer and less mental. And eventually she arrived at her answer.

When I checked in with her afterwards, apparently she no longer needed my opinion at all.

That moment made me smile. Because this is Human Design in practice. This is when you start feeling empowered and gradually build trust in your own decision-making. Not just from reading your chart, but through living it.💫

And that takes time. That is why I call it a journey. The SoulEmbodiment Journey.

It is also why I give my clients access to me. To check in, to clarify, to walk alongside them as they integrate. And witnessing that shift is what truly makes me happy.

So no, Human Design is not purely about seeing your potential. Its greatest gift is helping you stop looking for answers outside yourself.

Because there comes a moment when you realise you don’t actually need anyone’s opinion.

You need support remembering how to trust your own. 💫

MAY WAS A MONTH OF WORTH AND ABUNDANCE ✨

A month that deepened my understanding of the value of my work and what abundance truly looks like. 💫

After coming back from holidays, I opened my calendar and was booked out for two weeks almost immediately. That rhythm carried through the entire month.

Alongside client sessions, I was working on a SoulBio and what unfolded there was powerful.

It opened something deep in my client.. Also, in me. A reminder of the depth this work holds and the transformation it creates.

My clients reflected that value back to me in unexpected ways. Some chose to pay more than I asked. That meant a lot, not just financially, but as a confirmation that the work is truly felt.

This month also brought beautiful brand clarity for past clients.

One client shared her new brand identity, and I could immediately feel it was not aligned. I offered a new direction, including a symbolic flower she resonated with so deeply that she began wearing it as a henna tattoo.

LaDia Studio also moved forward with the logo direction I suggested, and I am incredibly excited. I believe it reflects their essence and what they offer much more clearly.

I also supported a client through a Canva session, helping her feel more confident about starting to create and explore on her own.

Another Conversations with Inspiring SoulSeekers went out with Daniela Mallozzi, The Happiness Queen herself, where we explored self-love through relationships, the wisdom of the body, and the boundaries that help us stay connected to ourselves.

And this month, the Bio From Your Soul belonged to Sigrid Moeller, who is not here to add more. Her genius lies in stripping away the noise, bringing simplicity, relief, and resolution to women carrying mental overload.

May felt expansive.

Like a glimpse into what becomes possible when I fully allow myself to receive.

And sometimes, we need to see it reflected through our clients to recognise what we have been carrying all along.

WHEN YOU EMBRACE WHO YOU ARE MEANT TO BE, YOU BECOME MAGNETIC.

You step into your true power and naturally attract what belongs to you, while what is not aligned begins to fall away. Not by forcing, proving, or trying to be someone else, but by staying aligned with your authentic self. ✨

And this is not only true in life, but in business too.

BUT TO DO THIS, YOU NEED COURAGE.

Because before reaching this kind of magnetism, you may have to shatter the illusions you have created about yourself.

The version of you shaped by other people’s expectations. The idea that success has to look a certain way. The pressure to fit in, keep up, or follow the same path as everyone else. The belief that your worth depends on how much you do or achieve

You will be releasing what no longer serves you.

Old roles. Patterns that keep you small. Choices that are not aligned with your true essence. Ways of being that may have protected you once, but now stand between you and the life and business that are actually meant for you.

And that can be quite a ride…But a ride that is deeply rewarding.💫

Because on the other side of that release, you begin to feel more like yourself.

You begin to recognise what is truly yours.

And when you are exactly where you are meant to be, you no longer need to chase what belongs to you.

We talked about her distinctive method of mapping emotional and relational patterns in the body, and how they can manifest as pain, tension, or physical conditions. We also explored how understanding her Human Design supported the bigger vision behind this work. 💫

🌟 There were new clients, and I also reconnected with a former client who had finally taken in the depth of their Business and Brand Blueprint. That reconnection opened another layer, including a fresh suggestion for brand colours and logo, so the visual side could reflect their potential more clearly.

🌟 This month I also shared Laura Krchňáková’s SoulBio, including the new colours and logo that came through tuning into her design and the cooperation she is creating under LaDia Studio.

🌟 Another meaningful moment was training my first EFT & Matrix Reimprinting practitioner into the magic of my SoulHealing sessions. This is something only my swap partner and I have worked with for the last six years, so it felt really special to begin opening that space to someone else.

🌟 There were also a few beautiful yeses around my bodywork. Someone purchased my massage treatment as a birthday gift, and I also agreed on a collaboration where I’ll be offering quick massages at someone’s event.

🌟 Alongside that, I received a few new yeses for different Human Design services that will be waiting for me when I return from holidays. There is something really lovely about knowing things are already lining up ahead of time.

When the foundation is there, things don’t need to be pushed. They meet you.

April felt steady, open, and quietly expanding. And I can feel there is more unfolding from here. 💫
