The challenge was simple:
How long could you hold a plank? 💪

The results? Absolutely outstanding!

The BLF family would like to welcome our new trainer Ben to the team!

Ben graduated from Macquarie Uni with a Degree in Exercise Science & Sports Science and is also the Strength & Conditioning trainer for the Concord Rugby Team!

With a passion for helping clients achieve their goal whether it’s on the field or in the gym we are very excited to have Ben join the team!
