Our 6-Lap Shuttle Run Challenge brought plenty of speed, competition and a few very tired legs 😂🔥

A massive effort from everyone who jumped in and gave it a crack!

Running doesn’t have to start with big distances or fast times. Sometimes it simply starts with putting your shoes on and getting out the door

Another BLF studio challenge done and the competition definitely stepped up! 😂💪

Some seriously impressive numbers on the board, with Carol taking the top spot with a huge 210 skips, followed closely by Josh P with 201 and Rob with 187! 👏🏆

But these challenges aren’t just about winning — they’re about getting involved, having some fun and bringing our community together while keeping everyone moving

We thought we’d have a bit of fun with some of our studio photos and see what happens when Bodyline Fitness meets AI animation!

Apparently our clients have officially entered their cartoon fitness era 😂💪

The next Bodyline Fitness studio challenge has officially started …

How many skips can you get in 60 seconds? ⏱️

The target is 100 skips, but whether you hit 50, 100 or absolutely smash it, the goal is simple — have a go and challenge yourself! 💪

These little challenges are about more than winning. They’re about keeping our members moving, creating some friendly competition and bringing a bit of fun into training 💚

And with the colder days still hanging around, there’s no better time to keep each other motivated and active

This cable chest press is a great example of building upper body strength while improving stability, balance and control. By training one side at a time, you also challenge your core and help reduce strength imbalances

🔥 This week’s Bodyline Challenge is complete! 🔥

The mission was simple… Get at least 10 burpees in 1 minute!

Sounds easy… until the timer starts! 😅
