Hi, I’m Trish 👋🏽

This is my story 🤍

For my birthday, I gave myself something I don’t do very often…
A full day off 🙏
A little pampering (used my complimentary Mecca makeover) with the talented 𝓛𝓸𝓾𝓲𝓼𝓮 , gorg lunch with Mr Triple S, an early pick-up for the boys, and dinner together as a family.
A pretty perfect way to spend the day with the three boys who make my world go round. ❤️

“Patient… patient… patient.” 😂❤️

Followed by supportive and positive.
Honestly, I’ll take that.

Because real, lasting health changes aren’t about perfection. They’re about having someone in your corner who meets you where you are and helps you keep moving forward.

Thanks, Michelle. 🧡

42 🎂✨

I turned 42 yesterday! Thank you to everyone for their heartfelt messages. I received some beautiful words and wishes this year and I am so very thankful 🙏

And while this post is filled with 42 things I’ve learnt over the years, what really stands out to me is how much life can change in a decade.

At 22, I was fresh out of university and about to move across the world to Beijing.

At 32, I was married, building my corporate career, close to starting a family, and thinking success looked like climbing the corporate ladder.

At 42, I’m raising two beautiful boys, building a business that I genuinely love, helping women better understand their health, training for my first Hyrox doubles event, and feeling stronger and more aligned than ever before.

Life certainly hasn’t gone exactly to plan.
There have been challenges, heartbreaks, aching for family, friendship changes, moments of self-doubt, sadness and plenty of lessons learnt the hard way.
But there has also been so much joy.
The kind that comes from family.
From friendships.
From meaningful work.
From movement.
From good food.
From belly laughs.
From beach sunrises.
From watching your children grow.
From building something from scratch.
And from having the courage to create a life that feels true to you.

Looking back, I realise so many of the things I worried about in my twenties and thirties never really mattered.
What mattered was building a life aligned with my values, surrounding myself with good people, looking after my health, and having the courage to back myself when things felt uncertain.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of my journey so far-my family, friends, clients, mentors, collaborators and this incredible community.

Here’s to 42. ❤️

What’s one thing you’ve learnt with age?

If you’d told me a few years ago that I’d voluntarily go for a run as part of my Hyrox training, I probably would’ve laughed.

Running was never “my thing.”

But somewhere along the way, I stopped focusing on being good at it and started focusing on what it was teaching me.

To keep going when things feel uncomfortable. To trust the process when progress feels slow. To put one foot in front of the other, even on the days I don’t feel like it.

Because confidence doesn’t come before you start.

It comes from showing up.

One run.
One step.
One early morning.
One tough session.

Over and over again.

Some runs are solo. Some are with my amazing Hyrox doubles partner,
Some feel strong. Some feel like a struggle.

But every run reminds me that fitness isn’t about perfection- it’s about showing up, even when it feels hard.

As a busy mum, business owner, and woman in my 40s, I don’t run to punish my body. I run because I’m grateful for what my body can do.

This journey has been less about pace and more about proving to myself that I can do hard things.

And that lesson carries into motherhood, business, relationships, and life.

Here’s to embracing new challenges, building resilience, and reminding ourselves that we’re capable of more than we think.

Happy Global Running Day!🏃‍♀️✨

A little real-life look at what I ate before + after my run 🏃🏽‍♀️

No supplements. No complicated rules. No “clean eating” checklist.

Just practical nutrition to support movement and recovery.

One of the biggest misconceptions I see?

Women often underfuel exercise, then wonder why energy crashes, recovery feels harder, or hunger feels all over the place later.

Fuelling your body well doesn’t need to be perfect.

It just needs to meet your needs.

Save this for a simple reminder next time you’re wondering what to eat around exercise ✨
