The thought that we need to be anything other than what we are is what causes us the most suffering. Attempting to only sit in the good feels is not the point of existence at all.

All the wise sages speak to just accepting everything as it is. Ourself foremost. Stop trying to change anything. Stop fixing yourself. The very ideal that you need fixing is an illusion. Get off that karmic wheel.

True peace and contentment comes from accepting everything as it is with an awareness that whatever we are experiencing is what we need in that moment no matter what it is. Remind yourself that "this must be what I need"'. Do not blame the 'other' or the world. You do not know your karma, you just trust that it is all working itself out.

The only obstacle is your mind. Give it away. Enjoy it all. Even the awful bits, for what a gift it all truly is.

The pain, the fear, turmoil, anxieties will always rise back up. What causes us the real suffering is wanting to be beyond it.

Accepting that suffering is a given and it will rise and fall brings peace. You can stop running. It's ok to find life hard. It IS hard!

Letting myself off the hook is a liberating journey.

I can suffer, I can find it hard,l. I can also sit in harnony and live with ease.

It can all come and go, rise and fall and I can remain non attached and not tell myself any stories about it.

Not expect anything from myself.

Life is hard.... So what!

We stumble, we gather, we collect, we let go. Its all a dance. We are blessed to suffer. Although it feels anything but, realising the suffering is the gift. The road home is bumpy. The veils peel back and you realise that the human condition is imbued with immense suffering, underneath the ego's land, lays the awareness that it is all futile, and that eventually you will have to face into the darkness of your being and mine for gold. You will have to stop trying not to suffer and see that the suffering IS the gold.
