Jennifer Ward Naturopath

Jennifer Ward Naturopath We help women achieve their hormone, preconception & pregnancy goals. Naturopaths and Nutritionists in Paddington, NSW.

At Hälsa, we believe that ‘health’ is unique to each individual. If our bodies and our stories are different, our approach to rebalancing must be too. This is why our philosophy is to educate, empower, and lead to help you cut through the clutter, figure out what your body truly needs and craft a wellbeing plan that’s unique to you.

I see you looking, now it’s time to do it. Buy the ticket and open your mind to another way of thinking about your health. Trust me, it will be worth it.

Women don’t deserve generic advice. They deserve to understand their bodies.

That’s a big part of why I created Somewhere in the Middle, a space for women to better understand the rhythms, hormones, metabolism and nervous system shifts influencing how they feel every day.

Our first event, The Rhythms of a Woman’s Body, is taking place on June 3 at Beattie Street Health.

Just a premenstrual girl mixing up her words and craving a second coffee because I didn’t eat enough protein for breakfast.

YES I know about the rhythms of a woman’s body and YES I still forget to fill up my stock of protein bars and not stay committed to my mindfulness goals but I’m ok with that because I feel empowered to know what’s happening in my body when I get it right and when I get it wrong.

If you feel you need more education on what is actually happening in your body and why you feel the way you do join me and a bunch of amazing other women who feel the same learn, laugh and feel empowered.

Tickets are selling quick (4 sold in the last hour!) so be quick.

Tag a friend who you would take!

Meanwhile I’m off to find some protein 🏃‍♀️

Somewhere in the middle was created for the women who feel like they’re holding everything together on the outside… while quietly running on empty underneath.

Not burnt out enough to stop.
Not thriving enough to feel like themselves.

This is a space for the in-between.
For honest conversations around hormones, energy, identity, stress, motherhood, ambition, rest and everything women are rarely given permission to talk about openly.

No perfect routines.
No wellness overwhelm.
Just real support, grounded education and connection with women who get it.

Welcome to Somewhere in the Middle.

First event tickets released on Monday at 9am, comment MIDDLE to get notified first

One topic I speak to more than most is ovulation.

Do you know you are ovulating?

Do you know the signs of ovulation?

Are you eating the right foods to support ovulation?

These foods are essential to keep our brain signalling, eggs in the best condition and thyroid feeling safe and if you are missing one from your diet (I see all you low/no 🐟🐟 eaters) then you may need to supplement to feel at your best!

Are you falling short in any of these areas?? 🙋‍♀️🙅‍♀️

Homocysteine is one of the most overlooked blood markers I see in clinic especially in women who feel inflamed, puffy, anxious, or notice changes in their cycle despite “doing everything right.”

When homocysteine rises, it’s rarely random. It usually reflects a system under strain nutrient depletion, gut absorption issues, chronic stress, or increased hormone and detox demands. This is why elevated homocysteine often sits alongside puffiness, skin reactivity, sleep disruption, PMS or cycle changes.

The good news is that this marker is responsive. When nutrient foundations are restored and the body feels supported again, inflammation settles, hormones regulate more easily, and homocysteine often comes down naturally.
