On the occasion of International Day of Yoga 2026, the Australasian Association of Ayurveda Inc. (AAA) is proud to co-host "Yoga Fun Session for the Little Ones" — a special event bringing the joy and wisdom of yoga to young children in South Australia.
Yoga is not just a practice; it is a precious gift from our ancient tradition. There is no better time to pass it on than now, and no better audience than the next generation. 🙏
This event is organised in collaboration with Nepalese Engagement and Professionals' Association Inc. (NEPA Inc.) and Pathsala Nepali Ethnic School, and we are delighted to be part of this meaningful occasion for the community.

🌿 Remembering Dr. Krishan Kumar on His First Death Anniversary 🌿

Today, we lovingly remember Dr. Krishan Kumar, our esteemed Patron, teacher, mentor, and a true ambassador of Ayurveda. As we mark one year since his passing, we reflect on a life dedicated to the service of humanity and the preservation of the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda.

Dr. Krishan Kumar’s passion for Ayurveda was unwavering. His knowledge, humility, and generosity inspired countless practitioners and students across Australia and beyond. He was always ready to guide, support, and encourage those who sought his wisdom, leaving a lasting impact on everyone fortunate enough to know him.

For me personally, he was not only a mentor but also a source of strength and inspiration. His vision for authentic Ayurveda and his commitment to excellence continue to guide the work of the Australasian Association of Ayurveda (AAA).

Though he is no longer with us, his teachings, values, and dedication live on through the practitioners he nurtured and the community he helped build. The greatest tribute we can pay to his memory is to continue serving with integrity, compassion, and devotion to Ayurveda.

On this first anniversary of his passing, we offer our heartfelt prayers and deepest respects to Dr. Krishan Kumar and extend our thoughts to his family, friends, colleagues, and all whose lives he touched.

🌿 AAA’s First Educational Event in South Australia! 🌿

We are delighted to announce that the Australasian Association of Ayurveda (AAA) is presenting its first educational event in South Australia – a wonderful milestone for the growth of Ayurveda in the region.

I am especially pleased to acknowledge how proactive and dedicated our South Australia team has been in making this happen. A heartfelt thank you to our State Representative Dr Nigam, and to Ms Lee Amaya (Guest Speaker), Meredith Russell, Dr Bosco, and Dr Sumeet Sharma for their tireless efforts and commitment to promoting Ayurveda in SA.

Your teamwork, passion, and hard work are truly inspiring and reflect the spirit of community that Ayurveda stands for. 🙏
