"I'm still searching for concrete answers - which is extremely tiring when your body is already working hard to just to maintain homeostasis - and I think we're getting close to a proper diagnosis."

Get to know Eliza, our first Art Flare program artist in her interview for our blog! She talks about her journey with chronic illness and the role that art plays in her life.

We're super excited to introduce you to our very first Art Flare Program Artist, Eliza! Participating artists receive 60% of the profits from each sale, and the remaining 40% goes back into Chronic Hope to develop programs, resources and initiatives for the chronic illness community.

You can shop Eliza's 'Sit Happens' design now - a reminder that sometimes being chronically ill means you're faced with the predicament of needing to sit down, even when it's inconvenient or makes you feel a bit silly. Our cute little raccoon friend is having one of those moments and wants you to know it's okay when you do too! πŸ¦πŸ’•

We'd love to hear about your experiences with chronic illness! We are currently running a survey to learn more about our community and what you'd like to see from us. As an organisation run by and for chronically ill people, it's important to us that we seek community feedback and input. We are currently developing new resources, programs, and products and this survey will help us ensure that the work we are doing is both meaningful and useful.

The survey will take between 5-10 minutes to complete and is anonymous. Everyone who completes the survey will receive a 15% off discount code for our online store Port of Hope!

Hello! We're Chronic Hope, a non-profit organisation based in Australia. We are working to create an environment of hope within the chronic illness community by developing resources, community programs, and products specifically designed to make life brighter. The goal of this survey is to learn how...

We did it!

In the final hours of the Kickstarter campaign, we were able to get more people involved with the Hope in a Bottle campaign which put us well over the line.

We wanted to take this moment to thank you for your support in bringing this project to life.

Behind Port of Hope, we have a team of young, creative minds that are eager to make a change within the chronic illness space.

This project was quite literally, to KICKSTART that mission and we are all so grateful that we succeeded!
