Still feeling the magic from Sunday. ✨🌙

Two circles. Two completely different energies. Both so beautiful, so raw, so honest.

We began with Self Love, creating space to soften, reconnect, release and come back home to ourselves. 🤍

Then came Manifestation & Magic, an afternoon filled with intention, connection, big dreams, powerful energy and a lot of releases! ✨🔮

And somewhere amongst being completely present in it all… I forgot to take a photo of our second beautiful group. 😂🤦🏼‍♀️ Maybe that says a bit about how immersed we were in the moment.

But what I’ll remember most is the 12 incredible women who said yes.

Yes to showing up.
Yes to making time for themselves.
Yes to being vulnerable.
Yes to connecting, sharing, feeling and receiving.

Holding space for women in this way is something I will never take for granted. To be trusted with your stories, your tears, your laughter, your intentions and the parts of yourselves you don’t always get to share openly is such an honour.

Thank you to every woman who walked through my door on Sunday and allowed herself to simply be.

You created the magic. I hold the space. 🌙🤍

A Women’s Circle for Releasing, Realigning & Calling In

Sometimes, before we can welcome something new into our lives, we need to make space for it.

Our next Moonstone Women’s Circle is an afternoon dedicated to exactly that. 🤍

We’ll begin by slowing down and turning inward — gently exploring the things we may be ready to let go of. Old patterns, limiting beliefs, expectations, fears, or simply the weight we’ve been carrying without even realising it.

Through guided meditation, journaling, energy work and a beautiful releasing ritual, we’ll create space for what comes next.

And then we shift the energy. ✨

We’ll move into manifestation and intention setting — getting clear on what you truly want, how you want your life to feel, and what you’re ready to start calling in.

This isn’t about pretending everything is perfect or writing a wish list and hoping the universe delivers.

It’s about releasing what feels heavy, reconnecting with yourself, setting meaningful intentions and allowing yourself to believe in what could be next.

You don’t need to know anything about manifestation, meditation or energy work. Everything will be gently guided, and there’s never any pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with.

If you’ve been feeling like you’re ready for a shift — even if you can’t quite put your finger on what that shift looks like yet — maybe this is your afternoon. ✨

Last week I had the absolute privilege of holding space for not one, but two beautiful circles of women. 🤍

Together we explored the often unspoken journey of hormones, perimenopause and menopause, sharing stories, wisdom, challenges, laughter, tears and connection in a safe and supportive space.

There is something truly magical about women coming together, feeling seen, heard and understood. Watching these incredible women open up, support one another and realise they are not alone was such a beautiful reminder of why I do this work.

Thank you to every woman who joined me and trusted me to hold space for your journey. It was an honour.

My heart is so full and I am already counting down until I launch the next circle. ✨
