At what point does something healthy stop being healthy?

We live in a world that glorifies intensity - the 5am starts, relentless training, strict routines and constant optimisation.

At the same time, we’re made to feel guilty for the occasional late night, long lunch or drink with friends.

But if your pursuit of health leaves you anxious, isolated or unable to enjoy your life, is it still healthy?

Anything taken to an extreme comes at a cost.

Discipline can give us freedom, but it can also become another form of control. Rest can restore us, but too much comfort can keep us stuck.

Maybe health isn’t found at either extreme.

Maybe it’s knowing when to push and when to pause. When to say no and when to stay for another drink. When to follow the routine and when to let life interrupt it.

Move your body. Rest when you’re tired. Eat well. Enjoy the dinner. Spend time with people you love.

A healthy life shouldn’t be measured only by how long we live, but by how present we are while living it.

From boardroom to building site…

On the 15th of October 2025, STUDIO DENTRO first presented the design for Sansara

I remember seeing the colours, forms and materials come together for the first time and feeling like the idea we’d carried for so long was finally becoming real.

What had existed in our minds was beginning to take shape.

Months later, we’re now on site, bringing that original presentation to life. The materials are being laid, the forms are taking shape, and the spaces we first saw on these pages are becoming something we can walk through.

There’s still a lot of work ahead, but watching Sansara move from an idea to a design to a physical place has been incredibly special.

We can’t wait to open the doors.

I used to constantly prepare for the future and forget to enjoy each moment.

I was always working towards the next goal or the next chapter - believing that once I arrived, I would finally slow down and enjoy it.

But the finish line kept moving.

These days, even when things are hard, I try to find joy in what’s already here.

It could be a conversation with a friend, watching the sunrise, listening to a piece of music, moving my body, or simply noticing a quiet moment in an otherwise busy day.

None of these things need to be extraordinary to be meaningful.

I still think about the future. I still have goals, plans and things I want to achieve. But I’m learning not to sacrifice the life I’m living for one that hasn’t happened yet.

The future will arrive when it arrives.

For now, I’m trying to be where my feet are and to remember that the small moments we often overlook are the ones that make up a life.

I hope you have a good weekend.

Opening a wellness club isn’t easy.

Maybe that’s why no one has built one quite like this before.

For more than four years, the team behind Sansara has been obsessing over every detail - the materials, the colours, the atmosphere, the experience and, most importantly, how you will feel when you walk through our doors.

To finally see it all coming to life on-site feels pretty surreal.

Brick by brick, Sansara is becoming real.

We’re building something special.

It’s coming. And we can’t wait to share it with you.

The balance of building Sansara, presenting at off-sites & conferences, hosting Breathwork sessions, training, and of course hanging with friends, family and Albie.

Days are full, and can be challenging to manage at times, but it feels rewarding doing what I love.

The art of going slow.

The world has a habit of rewarding the loudest voices and the biggest achievements.

But some of the most meaningful parts of life are incredibly ordinary.

I’m all for setting big goals and pushing myself. But I’m rarely happier than when I slow down.

The more we rely on external validation, the easier it is to lose sight of what genuinely fulfils us.

Don’t confuse recognition with fulfilment.

Live your own life, not someone else’s definition of success.

Ignore the noise, it’s often just a distraction.

Last week, launched FutureCode Booster, their new damage control + longevity serum.

I joined a number of experts, and some of my good friends, on a panel to discuss how stress can negatively impact of body at a cellular level.

Super grateful to be there beside .mcevedy

We then finished the event with a down-regulating Breathwork practice to help wind down for the evening.

Huge congratulations to eveyone else involved
