“Quick oats aren’t necessarily the enemy “
Oats are one of my favourite breakfasts – especially as a cooler autumn mornings roll in. Warm, nourishing, affordable and packed with fibre to support energy, digestion and blood sugar balance. I was recently invited to comment in Body + Soul on the difference between rolled oats vs quick oats – and whether one is actually healthier than the other.
