✨Client Spotlight✨Ilana has been determined to be able to stand up from the floor hands-free! She has been able to achieve it with hands on her thigh and was absolutely wonderstruck. For now we are working on deep lunge movements to help with building lower body strength and stability.

Lunges today = confidence getting up from the floor hands-free tomorrow. Training for real life functional strength that carries over beyond the gym 💪. Keep going Ilana ⭐️
