Most people come home from holiday feeling like they need to undo the damage.
Bloated, sluggish, and already planning the detox 🍃

But what if the damage wasn’t done on holiday?

If you constantly feel tired after meals, crave sugar in the afternoon, or find yourself reaching for snacks every few hours, your blood sugar may be on a rollercoaster.

Every time blood sugar spikes rapidly, it tends to crash just as quickly. This can leave you feeling hungry, fatigued, irritable, and searching for your next energy fix.

The good news? Stable blood sugar doesn’t require a perfect diet.

Focus on:
✨ Prioritising protein at every meal
✨ Pairing carbohydrates with protein, healthy fats, or fibre
✨ Moving your body after eating
✨ Not eating too frequently, allowing 3hours between meals/snacks
