INCLINE CHEST FLY MACHINE — SMALL MOVE, BIG CHEST BURN 💥
Presses usually get all the attention on chest day, but flies are where you can really slow things down and focus on the muscle working.
The incline chest fly machine helps target the upper chest while keeping the movement supported and controlled, making it a great option for building strength without relying too heavily on your shoulders.
How to use it properly:
🏋️♂️ Slow Stretch, Strong Squeeze
Keep a soft bend through your elbows and let your arms open out until you feel a stretch across your chest. From there, bring the handles back together in a smooth, controlled motion and squeeze through the pecs at the top.
Avoid rushing the movement or letting the weight pull you back too quickly. The goal is control, not momentum.
🧠 Why add it in?
The incline angle helps shift more focus to the upper chest, which can be harder to target with standard flat pressing movements. Because the machine guides the path, it also makes it easier to stay locked in on form and keep tension where you want it.
Add it near the end of your chest session as a finisher, or go lighter and use it for focused upper chest work.
