Mel has been developing her culinary skills while living at Bridges Alliance's female-only Supported Independent Living (SIL) home in Mount Annan. From planning meals and preparing ingredients to building confidence in the kitchen, every step is helping Mel strengthen her independence and daily living skills.

🌊💙 A Breath of Fresh Air at Kiama Blowhole 💙🌊

What a wonderful day of exploration, community participation, and coastal beauty for Luca during his Day Program!

Accompanied by his Support Staff, Luca travelled to the iconic Kiama Blowhole, where he enjoyed taking in the spectacular ocean views, watching the waves crash against the rocks, and experiencing one of New South Wales' most famous natural attractions.

Community outings like these provide valuable opportunities to build confidence, develop independence, and engage with the wider community while enjoying meaningful experiences aligned with individual interests and goals.

The fresh sea air, scenic surroundings, and chance to explore a new environment made for an enjoyable and memorable day. Most importantly, Luca was supported to make choices, participate in his community, and enjoy an experience that brought plenty of smiles along the way.
